I feel strange and uncomfortable, mostly when I sleep. I want to lie on my belly or my back. I am not used to carrying around additional weight especially in my belly. Therefore, my knees are sore. I am still working and trying to maintain a full work week so that I am able to take off the max amount of time once baby arrives.
I have been able to maintain a vegetarian diet. Although the strangest thing, I am allergic to milk, yet being pregnant it does not seem to effect me. I crave Milk to cure the ever consistent heart burn. It is not just Milk I crave, but ORGANIC whole Milk is the only thing that cures this constant burning in my lungs and chest. The doctor said I may take TUMS, but after my research I have discovered that the added chemicals are not safe regardless of what doctors say.
I may have been told that I was not allowed to continue teaching yoga or personal practice, but I was impressed that at 36 weeks I could still do lotus pose. :o)
