She was invited to Pump It Up for Ella Rose birthday party. She was upset her two best buddies weren't there but she had fun anyhow.

85 degrees on Halloween

Halloween was a gorgeous day. It was 85 degrees outside. The kids spent most of the time playing in the backyard. Jace played with the stroller while we carved pumpkins. Although Madi played dress up for a bit as well.

Pumpkin Carving

I bought them a week out and it wasn't bad. Most people talked about theirs rotting. We kept them inside since it was 85 degrees outside.

My mom bought tickets for a haunted event. Madison's costume is pretty elaborate and since it was 88 degrees outside we opted for part of it.

Pumpkin Carving

A free harvest festival. They offered free pumpkin carving and face painting. Madison drew the design herself and cut most of it out.

Geologist in training

She is getting so big and mature. It's amazing to watch. Last night I offered to read her a book from the bookcase as we didn't make it to the library with all the holiday things happening.

She chose a nonfiction book about rocks. After which she said when she grows up she wants to be a geologist so she can find pretty purple and pink and super shiny rocks.

Kindergarten first day

Madison's first day of Kindergarten. She was so excited. She starts guitar lessons this year.

Farmers Market

Today we went to the over priced Farmers market and park inside Tivoli.

There is a park in the middle of an upscale outdoor mall with shade over top and a locked gate around the entire space.

It's perfect for an early morning break.

Wiped out

First week of Kindergarten and she's wiped out early.

Elsa Hair

Coolest kid in class because she came to school wearing Elsa hair.

1st Day of Kindergarten

She started Kindergarten Monday, August 18, 2014.

She's absolutely adorable. She's changed the most between 4-5 especially in the last few months. She's no longer a baby or even toddler anymore.
