We decided to go take pictures in the park the day after getting professional pictures done. Madison was fascinated by the grass. It was a really nice day for the park. We ended up in Boulder City with some friends to take pictures. This is where the 'expensive' camera idea came from. I am annoyed with the lack of OCD and perfectionism of most people, although he did a good job. It is not as if I can ask him everyday to take pictures of her. Not to mention they charge $10 per sheet and the custom ones $32.00 at the studio places. We went to Costco and I had 4 large sheets printed and 60 small photos printed and it was $12.00.

CHECK UP

Madison is 14lbs 7oz and 27 inches long. She is still skinny wearing 3 month outfits but long enough for her age. We are discovering new food. She dislikes green. To the point where she grunts if you pick up green food at the store. We tried green beans and mint, avocados, and asparagus tarragon and quinoa. The asparagus mixture wasn't bad I actually used it in my stuffed bellpeppers since she squinted her eyes and it came squirting back out. Her favorite is squash with anything. We tried butternut squash with potatoes and then later added apples. Then a yellow sqaush with quinoa and cumin. That is her favorite so far. I am making pumpkin soon. She's at two jars a day about 4oz so majority is breastmilk. I cook everything. We tried the organic items but those even have chemicals that give her a rash on her face anywhere it touches. Plus with the recalls at least I know it's vegan and organic unprocessed food.

HALLOWEEN PRE PHOTOS

We were in the store and I just had to have this costume. It's a ladybug costume. Too bad the photo is bad. They did a black back background so you cannot see her wings. I was very disappointed with the professional pictures taken. Hence the 'camera' idea. I think I may have to quit my job and become a photographer. It is an art and most people are not artists.

The first place we went to (SEARS) didn't know what to do with a baby that couldn't sit up. They wanted me to hold her behind the sheet which she would just look at me, so we just left.
