She didn't seem too excited about the swing but we had to try it.

SLIDE

We went to the park and Madison walked around with a little help. She loved the slide only when Mom went down with her.

POOL TIME

We went to a friends complex pool. Madison was scared of the water. She did not like it at all, but loved the side of the pool.

AUNTIE JUJU FACE

They hot Madison to do a face for Auntie JuJu. She's so excited to see her every time.

FIRST ROADTRIP

We went to see Auntie JuJu and her new house.

ON WAY TO ARIA POOL

We went swimming at the pool at Aria. My friend had a cabana so we came for the day.

PRECIOUS

FIRST POOL EVENT

Madison got her first bathing suit curtesy of NANA. We went to the ARIA pool to meet some friends that had a cabana. At first Madison was mad at me for putting her in the pool. The water was not as warm as she likes her bath. Plus I think the concept of not being able to touch the bottom made it scary.

After our friend arrived Madison was a laughing splashing baby. She loved the pool deck. She was doing some yoga on the pool deck in front of the seating while we sat in the pool next to the edge. Of course the 'older' ladies LOVED her... She was the light of the party. On the way home she crashed... I was nervous about the sun and it being extremely hot, but the amount of shade and the use of the cabana proved to make it a fun day with no sun burn. I suppose spf 75 helped in that department for her and me.

BULGING LITTLE BELLY

Madison has been hospital free for almost a month. No sudden ER visits or extended hospital stays... Last night we noticed her belly was extremely large. She has an enormous appetite at times, and on other occasions she has no appetite. It is hard to figure out what causes such the inconsistency.

She is extremely tiny in itself. She wears 6-9 month pants at 18 months, but her belly on occasion is enormous. She was cranky, which isn't generally her norm. She is usually a quiet calm or happy baby. Her belly was bulging out to the point that her belly button was no longer an innie and had moved to a outie. NERVOUS we were going to end up in the hospital again, I gave her some miralax. The doctor said we need to keep her regular, but I hate giving her these chemicals. Why can't they figure out what is causing this? She had 3 massive bowel movements today. Her belly is back to normal. I am concerned that she has something wrong with her intestines. From my observation, I think that she is allergic to wheat or gluten. I do not care what the celicas test concluded... if I give her pasta or wheat and she gets sick to me that is a huge indication that there is a problem.

I just hope it is not massive, as when there is a problem it is easy to let your mind wonder.

ONE ER VISIT FOR JULY

Madison has been doing very well this past month. We owe a ton in medical bills but at least she's getting better. we had one ER visit this month. It wasn't an illness. She decided to walk or jump or climb off the edge of the couch. she landed head first on my wood floors. at first I though just a bump on the head until there was blood and screaming and an instant boulder bulging out of her forehead. I took a photo and sent it to the PEDS Dr. He said go to ER.

She started to cry and then passed out. Unconscious and limp I put her in her seat. I was trying to remain calm. She woke once being strapped down at the hospital. It's sad when the nurses on staff recognize you. when the ER Dr knows you history as they've seen you 3 other times. She had a concussion and had to be monitored. No internal damage or anything.

Otherwise she is great. We went to a dietician an nutritionist. The dietician was awesome, the nutritionist a little too quiet. she's gained a lb so we are getting there. She can stand up but we aren't walking yet. If she does stand her pants fall down. Otherwise things are looking much better.
