Cupcakes

We went to a 4 year olds birthday party today. I let Madison have a cupcake. So much sugar! I halfway regretted my decision after I saw her licking just the frosting.

She's so my daughter... Because she's such a girly girl or incredibly clean or OCD she decides she didn't want to get her hands dirty. So she managed with a napkin or just her face. Everyone thought she was precious.

Runny nose

Madison had a runny nose and said she needed tissue. When I went into the bathroom this is what I found. She apparently pulled way too much, and thankfully cleaned up her mess. :)

Growing Baby

Madison is growing like a weed. She is 36 inches now.

Piggy Bank

We bedazzled her piggy bank. She seems to like this one because it's small. However the one in her room keeps all her money.

BEET JUICE

Madison loves the juice bar at Whole foods. This was BEET juice and she loved it. Now even I can't drink straight beet juice. We got her favorite carrot juice to take.

OMG

My two year old either memorized this book or can read. I am utterly speechless. It's a library book but pretty easy reading. It's about a kitty and every page has a two word sentence starting with Kitty. It's cute how bad she wants to read it on her own but tonight she actually started reading one to me. When she kept getting the words right I just let her keep going.

Friends

Madison and Sage. They are almost the same age. Sage is a few months younger than Madison.

Sitters House

Madison adores Kaiden. The sitters little boy.

Bubbles

Madison at the sitters house playing bubbles for one of the kids birthday. Madison LIKES Kaiden... The little blonde boy.

After photos

We tried to get family photos. The photographer wasn't the best. I wanted family photos but it didn't turn out as I expected so we met friends for lunch.

Moms shoes

Madison wanted to go shopping while wearing my shoes.

NEWEST HAT

I let Madison choose the flower for her headband, and it's like as big as her head.

CANT SLEEP

Madee slept with me while dad slept in guest room. I was worried he'd wake us as he wakes soon for work but we are already awake.

She was 104.5 when I woke to check her two hours early than med says to. I almost freaked out. I gave her Advil which seems to be working okay. Her poor kidneys. She's 101.8 now which still feels so hot.

No symptoms other than being HOT. No vomiting (no eating since breakfast yesterday though) no diarrhea and no complaining other than cold or hot. Poor thing!

SICK AGAIN

Madison was completely fine this morning and about 10AM she starts crying. I could tell she didn't feel well. I thought she was warm and she was 100.0 degrees. We gave her medicine.

A few hours later she was up to 102.0 degrees and not eating. I gave her Tylenol and it was at 101.8 for an hour. We are monitoring her now.

It just scares me because last year at this time we were in the hospital for weeks at a time. At lest she's not vomiting but I am so scared. I won't leave her side and keep taking her temp every thirty minutes.

DINOSAURS

Madison asked if she could have a dinosaur. I told her that they were extinct and she sat for a moment. Then Madison looks at me and asks "All gone?"

I thought it was cute and told her she was right. Then she asks "like Pteranodon?"

What? She folded her hands up and repeated herself. I was shocked. I had to look it up to spell it. Apparently dad was reading her books about dinosaurs the night before.

DRESS UP

I told Madison we could go to the park if she got her shoes. She went into the closet and came back with these.

TRIP HOME

On the seven hour ride home Madee did very well. The last two hours were the hardest.
